- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 3 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 5 calendar days.
- Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn, washed, damaged or delivered to us outside of the 5 calendar days will not be accepted.
- Customers interested in a return for a refund must cover return shipping costs, including taxes and duties. We do not provide refunds for postage costs.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive e-mail confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
- Merchandise purchase in other stores must be returned only to the place where were acquired.
- Sale items are final sale – no returns or exchanges are allowed.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “returning item” with garment name and Manifiesto order #. Please note the nature of the return in the e-mail (wrong size, just don’t fancy it, etc). Once you get the a return authorization, item(s) must be shipped to us within 5 calendar days.
- Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible, including all the items shipped with the order.

- Make sure your package is paid before you send it, we do not accept “payment on delivery” .
- We always recommend you use a tracked delivery for your return parcels, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items or for other sizes. You will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund credit in your original order.
